Charges are payable at the time of the treatment. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. We also offer extended payment plans through several financing companies who will give us approval in five to ten minutes. We accept dental insurance and our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. As a courtesy to our patients with insurance, we will file your insurance claim and allow you to pay only your deductible and/or estimated co-payment as services are rendered. Please remember that the contract is between you and your insurance company. Your total balance in our office is always your responsibility.
